| FORREST STANLEY was born in New York City, on August 21st., 1889, and received
the major portion of his education in that city. He had an active legitimate
stage experience prior to making his screen debut, having served first with
a number of stock companies, which he followed by an extensive tour on the
road. Mr. Stanley is married and has a beautiful home in Beverly Hills,
and made his greatest screen successes in "When Knighthood was in Flower"
and "The Pride of Palomar," in both of which he was the leading
man. He is a quiet, studious player, preferring home surroundings to public
appearances. Mr. Stanley is a champion bridge player, and is equally proficient
on the golf links. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 165 lbs., and has
blond hair and blue eyes. |
