EDWARD EVERETT HORTON was once the third Japanese. From the end in the Mikado chorus. But it was a beginning and, ever since he could remember, he had been eager for a theatrical career. He made his way up from obscurity, and when a motion picture producer finally secured his name to a contract he was considered one of the most popular comedians in the country. He was born in Brooklyn and educated at Polytechnic Institute and Columbia University, is 6 feet tall and weighs 165 pounds. He is single.
