| ONE of the most famous comedians on the American stage, Eddie Cantor made
two silent pictures in 1926. He is now in the talking picture field after
many years in the theater, the featured comedian of many Ziegfeld revues
and musical comedies, among them "Kid Boots" and "Whoopee."
Nearing 40, and one of the wealthiest actors we have, Eddie is retiring
from the theater to devote his time to pictures. He is married, has five
fine daughters, and a great estate on Long Island. He calls it The Cantor
Home for Girls. |
