NEAL BURNS was born in Bristol, Pa., on February 4th., 1894, and received his education in Atlantic City, N. J. Shortly after leaving school, the popular Mr. Burns made his first appearance as an actor in "Just Out of College" which he followed with a long engagement in dramatic stock. Though rated one of the best of the younger screen comedians, he having scored a substantial success under the direction of Al Christie, Mr. Burns is also gifted as a writer. He has written many scenarios, and is responsible for countless humorous incidents in his Christie pictures. At one time he was a member of the famous Morosco Theatre Stock Company in Los Angeles. He is an excellent swimmer, is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 140 lbs., and has brown hair and twinkling brown eyes.
